REFUND IS RIDICULOUS!

PLEASE HEED MY WARNING, DO NOT BUY THIS RING, IT IS A SCAM AND DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR REFUND!!! I received the ring and it looked absolutely fake and ridiculous on the finger. It is not what it appears to be on TV at all, don't let the British accent fool you!! I immediately repackaged it, went to the post office had it insured and returned it to the address on the return label. A month later, I still did not receive a refund, although it says clearly on the packing slip that "If you're not 100% satisfied with the purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund...." I called their customer service line and they said the warehouse still did not receive it, so I called the post office and they tracked it down. The postal worker in Rhode Island insists it was delivered, and she also contacted the jewelry warehouse manager to confirm this for me. The warehouse manager finally contacted me a few days later to let me know that it was received and processed and I should be getting a refund. This was in late November 2013. I did not receive the refund yet as of today, January 14 2014. I finally gave them a call and the customer service rep from another country declared they did receive it, and I should be getting a credit back within 3 - 5 business days for just the item purchase amount, and tax but not for shipping and handling. I asked him very nicely to compensate for the late refund by refunding the full amount with shipping and handling, but they would not even budge on this. Terrible terrible customer service, poor product and refund is a joke!! Do not buy this product you will waste your time and money!!
