Some years ago i took out a pay day loan on line. I dont recall who it was with but i do owe money.

ACS INC. has been sending and calling me with threatning messages.Of Police Departments Cyber Crime PCS-KMo1001051CSA are going to come to my house with a warrant of my arrest. Because I owe money that started out at 150.00 to now being 1145.00.

    It's a scam..
    These scam emails typically come from overseas scammers using free email accounts, often from India.  They're looking for suckers who may have once taken out a payday loan, so they can con them into paying them money, for this old "loan" you might not recall the details.
    Ignore them, it's all fake.
