Received email about a lawsuit from Morgan and Associates for Cash Net USA stating I had and outstanding balance.
I have never had a loan from this company!!  A lawsuit has been filed, download is suppose to happen today, tried to contact Morgan--NO RESPONSE!!

    "Morgan and Associates" has shown up connected to scam emails for a number of years.

    The emails typically follow the usual Indian of Pakistani email form, threatening several "charges for bank fraud", with a bunch of madeup legalese, often ending with some more bogus "copyright" garbage at the end.  "Downloading a lawsuit" or similar language is typical of these scam emails.

      Don't waste your time responding.. replies to It's a scam..
      That's what they want.  The emails are sent out by the thousands to find the few suckers who respond, who can then be targeted with harassing and threatening phone calls.  The goal is to con victims into getting a prepaid debit card, and giving them the number.
      If they call you, just hang up.
      Ignore them.
      They're idiots, copying BS emails from other idiots.
