Car rental ripoff!

I have used other car rental company's many times. This is the second time I have used them. The first time the no name car rental company was way off the airport on a shuttle with no way to reach them and no return directions. It took hours to return the car.
This time the car was supposed to be in terminal again it involves a shuttle way off the airport and more deceptive practices. They will not help me change car rental companies NRA can you speak to a live person just lots of form replies. Never Ever use this company !
