Scam

We were given a "loan modification " by this law firm and are now facing foreclosure on our home! We were referred to Roosevelt by jim waters and then set up with a William K. Now our mortgage servicing company has sent us a notice that we are so behind on our mortgage and where is the money we sent ???? It states in our bank records it went to our servicing company but it's not showing up on our payments! How is this legal? We did contact a fraud investigator and informed our state of this BS! We tried to contact Mr waters but have to date received no call back. And when we informed our poc at Roosevelt of our allegations boy did he try to assure us of his intentions to get his legal team involved and get this resolved! I plan on letting our bankruptcy attorney know everything as we have Roosevelt's name on so called legal documents and we will take it as far as we have to . BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY ASSURING AND WILL BECOME YOUR FRIEND until they have destroyed what you and your husband have worked so hard to obtain! A goal of buying and keeping your home! Scam isn't even the term they are horrible lying thieves !
