Blocked my calls - won't release my money - no support replies

Hello
Is anyone else complaining about SQUAREUP? Anything about them holding our money saying that our bank account is verified even when we have screen captures proving that said account IS verified
Is anyone else complaining about the fact that once you call with your complaint, they hang up on you and then nullify our account number? When we call there is absolutely no way to proceed to a live person unless we enter out customer number. So, after we are hung up on during this dispute, we are no longer able to get through because - oh, gee! our customer number is not a valid one even though it worked a moment ago, even though we have, again, a screen capture showing that the account number is in fact correct? Anyone else having that problem?
4 or 5 months now, they still refuse to reply to any support tickets that are submitted, they do not respond to the current email thread even though I sent photo attachments proving that the bank account SHOWS that it's verified?
They refuse to send a check that would end it all. Send it to the address in the account but they will neither respond to that in the thread and even from within our account, we go on the loop roller coaster ride, endless loop
Are they also owned my Stripe? Because when I wrote online reviews on an 'independent' company, somehow stripe replies for me to login to get support.
