Unathorised activation of gyan services

I have been informed from Airtel on30/4/2012 by a SMS that Airtel Gyan Service was active on my mobile No.9663872104 & I was being charged Re.1 per day. I have never asked for activation of this service& I do not want this service. In this regard on 2/5/2012 I had requested Airtel& sent two SMS to the customer care No 121 to deactivate the said GYAN SERVICE. The concerned authorities of AIRTEL did nothing in this regard&still Re.one is getting deducted everyday . Once again I request airtel authorities to stop the said service to my Airtel phone No.9663872104.
