winning lottery

Says his name is Dicky Goldberg, and is Chief director of us grant dept, telling me that I would have to buy the seals and stamps, because the prize comes from Lords of London, also said I won a bonus prize of a Mercedes Benz, this is suppose to be thru the pch, I am to pay $750.00 for these stamps and seals, at the Bank of America, also need to register with a T19 form for the government,  I think he realized I was looking things up while talking, he told me to hang up and call his number back, but he was in his truck and it doesn't always go thru,   lol, but he would call me back if I didn't, this is twice thet have called me in 2 days, he also says he works for Jacobs and Myers Law firm
