I have sent two emails and asked for a return authorization to send this product back, and I haven't received an answer.  I can't even find a phone number to talk to a person.  I want this stopped immediately and not billed.  Thank you.

    It's a cramming scam..
    Why would they want it back?  They just want an excuse to bill you for overpriced cr*p, holding you captive as a "customer".

    I had no idea when I order this product for free and $5 shipping that I would continue to receive both the eye and face cream monthly AND my cc is being billed $85 monthly. I did not know this nor did I intentionally authorize it!!! This is ridiculous and I do not want the product!  I have 3 unopened boxes I want to return and my money refunded back to my cc.

    I am sending my sample back today.  I called 1-844-821-5727 to get my return authorization number.  They are very persistent and will offer you all kinds of deals to keep the product, just be firm!!  The address I was told to mail the product back to is 14603 East Moncrieff Place Suite 100  Aurora CO  80011.  I'm hopeful that my card will not be charged and everything they told me about mailing the product back is true.  Good Luck!!!

      we are all getting different addresses. Contact the FCC and the Federal Trade Commission.

    I called 1-888-475-9368. I spoke with Agent # 461. She was very pleasant and helpful.  She did offer to allow me to keep the product but only charge me 50% of the cost.  I thanked her for the offer but explained to her that the offer would only benefit the company and not me seeing as how I was not impressed with the product.  I did not notice a change in my wrinkles at all nor did I see a change in my complexion. The only thing I noticed was that it clogged my pores and I broke out more.  I also notice that the product did not have any SPF in it; which is necessary when living in AZ.  The sun can do a lot of damage to your skin. Agent 461 did provide me with a return number as well as the same return address the Judy was given.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping when returning the product. I am hoping the my account is credited back with the $84.95 for the FACESERUM and the $89.92 for the NEWAUNCE. I will try to get back on here and let you all know if it all goes well.

    I called 2 times for refund and return number with address , they promised me to send them via email , but no thing arrived . I will try to get back to them again .

    Contact the Federal Trade Commission and the FCC. Flood them with complaints, only way to shut this company down for wire fraud.
