Plane / Unprofessional Staff

Im Turkish but all i can say i will never ever fly with Turkish Airlines again! To say and claim such kind of things really so hard for me while trying to promote all our national products /companies or etc but its wasting money and time flying with Turkish airlines. I had flight from Dubai to Istanbul on June after waited more than an hour (coz the plane didn't arrive the apt on time) once we get in the flight we were all shocked. The plane was the one using for domestic flight not suit for international flights at all! it was so uncomfortable and scary. There was no tv to spend 5 hours  so basically you just have to sit if you cant read while travelling just like me. And i asked blanket to cabin crew, got an answer that it didn't left any .. at then and for 5 hours i was just sitting and freezing! while i landed in i made a call to customer service, i think the only customer service that have staff soo rude , you cant even imagine! 2days later i received a mail with ridiculous explanation that they cant accept the claim because they do not have to provide specific brand of plane ... and claiming that they had enough blanket so im lying?!   I can suggest that even if the timing matching for your program choose another airline you ll be much more happy with that
