Bogus "fishing" warranty phone calls

Repeated calls from 702-520-1449 asking about our vehicles and telling us our warranties are up. They even call our minors cell phone. Have requested to be removed from list and we are hung up on or told they they will remove us only to get the calls the next day!! Someone need to stop these jerks. They are DIGITCOM out of Las vegas at 4280 25th street NE.
89112!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a son with medical issues, and that is why he has the cell phone. He was harrassed several times just yesterday!!!

    There are a number of attorneys who take Do Not Call violation cases.  You can find them on the internet.  Unsolicited autodialed calls to cell phones (virtually all telemarketing calls are autodialed) are already violations of the Telemarketing Sales Rule.  File a complaint with FTC and the NV AG.

    I just wish they would give me a number to call them back. I would call them every freekin chance I got. If anybody has a number for digitcom services in las vegas nv clark county please post the number or a address so I can get somebody to pay them a visit.

    You can call 1-800-464-5446 and ask to be removed give them the 702 number that called you and they will give you a case number my case number was 10646 if this number calls you again call them back again to see why. I hope this works. They said that it only removes the 702 number that called you, the last 7 digets may be different call again on that number.     i have been getting several calls from the 702 numbers and when i ask for a supervisor they give me nothing but attitude.....i think i'll just give them attitude back and maybe they'll get sick of calling......

    1-866-225-1956

    According to the person I spoke with at Telephone Management in Las Vegas, NV the name of the responsible party is one David Nelson.

    David Nelson is only the compliance person at the company..Just called to stop the many calls I get daily..
