I agree with the other negative comments posted about LA Fitness?.And on top of all that all they want is your money..

What a pressure sell and I didn't realize it until it was too late". I RECOMMEND/SUGGEST THAT YOU INVESTIGATE ANY AND ALL OTHER AVAILABLE FITNESS CENTERS BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITH LA FITNESS". I cannot wait for my 1 year to be up - I will not be going back there:. I am a senior citizen who wants to regain my strength and fitness and LA Fitness caters to LUNKS?.

The "trainer" they gave me is a 23 year old jock..

It is not working out very well and she tries to assign me activities that would actually cause injuries?.I am 100% dissatisfied.

The health club industry basically preys on all the New Years resolution suckers who sign up thinking they are going to get healthy, knowing they will drop out.  That's why they put so much pressure in the sales pitch toward extended contracts and trainers, then  use any excuse to keep takng the money.

Few people should ever initially sign up for anything but a month to month membership, even if it's a little more expensive.  You don't know how much use you will actually make of the facilities, or even what shape they will be maintained in.
