We all pay our bill in advance. How does this company get away with threatening letters telling you your going to be disconnected if bill is not paid five days after billing which is really twelve days before the actual monthly bill is over with.

Then they will try to charge you a $6.00 late fee, on a bill that was not even due yet.

They should be investigated for this type of business, Century link is from England maybe that is what they do to their people but it is resented here in the States.

    We never had this trouble when the company was Qwest, it is after they merged with century link that this all started.  Plus I am so tired of being transfered over seas to the Phillipine Island, or India, to have a complaint taking care of. Most of them cannot even speak English well.  One wastes a half hour trying to make ones self understood.
