Company makes bogus unsolicited calls to both my work desk and cell phone offering to reduce the interest rate on my credit card. This has been going on for months. I thought that after Senator Chuck Shumer got one of these calls that the crack down would stop these bozo's but I guess not.

    I have received numerous unsolicited calls from this company, claiming to be associated with Bank of America, however the name of the company is "Card Services"....DO NOT REPLY TO THESE CALLS.  No REAL bank would ask for your Social Security number like these morons.....everytime they call they request I call a different number, here's a few to start:

    1-800-487-0397

    they've also begun to send text messages to my cell phone, again, claiming to be from Bank of America.  

    You would think, since we pay taxes, and give banks business that they'd actually stand up for our rights to privacy, apparently NOT.

    Just got a call from someone who said they were from Card Services. Said they worked for Visa and MasterCard to help reduce consumer credit card debt. Asked for name of company, but that was all I was told. Called back and got a voice-activated answering service saying the name of the company is Premiere Debt Service.
