problem I face in full details        
I went to the counter more than 2 & 1/2 hours before the flight the lady sitting behind the counter told me sorry the flight is not opened yet please wait 10 minutes, I stand next to the counter and every 10 minuets she check it for me & tell me still closed , when it remains only about 1 & 1/2 hour I tell her how comes until now its not opened is there any delay she take the ticket & went to another counter where the lady there told her its closed and tell me "you wont be able to travel you are too late,  the plane closed & you must pay to change your ticket" when the girl tell her I'm not late & I were standing in front of her all that time and its not my fault she talk to me in very rude & impolite me tell me it's not my business I have nothing to do to and go away from here ,at that time I found an Egyptian family also screaming there plane was at 8 o'clock early morning and they do with them the same they did to me also I were not alone there were also a Syrian guy & a Turkish family , we went to the Turkish air lines office to meet any one and the after quarreling and crying for more than two hours they made there investigation and were sure that its there fault and there own system malfunction they agree to give us a ticket on the coming flight ( TK 0692 30 July 23:45 ) my flight was at 16:50  which make me stay at the airport for m ore than 7 hours .
    When I told the guy (THE BOSS ) if there were any delay in any flight for only one hour they apologize & give us a voucher for any restaurant his reply were "YES ITS IN THE EU BUT WE ARE NOT EU WE ARE TURKISH ENOUGH THAT YOU ARE GOING TO travel)"????  
        It's not only me also one Syrian guy & a Turkish family (5 passengers).

    There were also an Egyptian family from the early morning flight (6 passengers) which one of them got faint in there office because of the rude and impolite way they were talking with (for ex. There Boss told her son I solve the other's problem because I like to do, but I don’t like to solve yours) so we phoned the Egyptian Embassy in Istanbul  which force them to take there tickets & put them on the same flight.


        The Turkish air line lady which was the only polite one and said the truth (that we were more than 2 & 1/2 hours before the flight ) her information as I got it from the name tag : is

    I have Microwave to Sell. Good condition with Turkish Airlines logo. Free cheese sandwhich inside, also with Turkish airlines logo.

    Turkish Airline, in my opinion is the worst airline I have ever traveled with. On the way returning from Istanbul to Bangkok the ground staff were very rude. We were group of 7 and did make the seat booking in advance from Thailand and the seat were also confirmed. Once we reached they changed our seat giving simple reason that it is due to computer configuration. We all have either silver card or Gold card for star aliance which means we can have around 5 - 10 kilo access on luggage but the ground staff refused until we had to fight and then they allow us. But to be frank it is worst than all asian country budget airline.
