Hello Sir,
I had recharged mobile no.9981601721 with Rs.64 on 28-11-2011 for message pack and I messaged freely without noticing that it charged from my account due to which i lose Rs.30.So I request you to activate message pack services and refund the amount which I had lost,not satisfied from customer care.
