    This is indeed a scam.

They are engaged in fraudulent telemarketing, offering this "gift card" or "free gas vouchers" to con people into disclosing their account information.

Many complaints report they start seeing monthly charges of around $50 appearing, for this supposedly "free" offer.  Some report never receiving any "gift card" or "vouchers", others report the later disclosed terms make it impossible to actually come out ahead after the cost of the undisclosed monthly charges.

They are not in "Arizona", but operate out of a call center in India, in the Mumbai area.  One of their former employees in India even came on here and posted some information about them.

Several other commplaints have reported reaching them when calling their own bank, utility, or insurance company, and they pretended their "offer" was connected to the consumer's own company, which never heard of them.  They may be grabbing 800 numbers 1 digit different from large legitimate U.S. company call centers to catch unwary callers, or they might be a fraudulent rogue operation operating from this overseas call center possibly used as an outsourced customer service facility for U.S. companies.

If you find charges against your account, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent.  Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute them promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

If you find charges, or even if you suspect they have your account information, immediately contact your bank to close the account or block the card number to prevent fraudulent charges.
