service @ the tongaat branch is terrible

I went to kfc in tongaat on 16/01/16 n was served by thoko her attutide was terrible n she was even more rude wen I said I didn't want to donate the 2 rands towards the fund . R all customers forced to donate towards the fund every time we walk into a kfc branch . N dnt kfc teach their staff how to approach customers . Service delivery @ kfc branch @ tongaat stinks
