I suspect I fell for a scam through A.D.R. Group

I suspect I have fallen for a scam through the A.D.R. group i got a letter on an 18 year old debt that they were gonna take my taxes if i didn't pay a settlement so i accepted to pay $100 a month for 19 months with pre authorized payments on the ssi card i am scared that it might be a scam cuzz they got all my personal information, social security number, my signature, email address, everything.......they said they wanted to settle so they wouldn't have to take me to court, the lady was supposed to send me an email or a text with her direct number, but she never did
