Received a voicemail asking "if you have any information on the whereabouts of this person" (which was me), then asked for a call back immediately, or "our next step would be to notify the proper authorities." It was a recording that paused as another recording said my name. I get TONS of solicitor calls, and I have even gotten this exact same one in the past. I ignore it and block the numbers, but this time, they called my mom, who lives in another state, so she called me worried. The last time (probably at least a year ago), they called my dad's wife- in a totally different state, and I haven't even spoken to her in years. I pay my bills on time, have good credit, do not owe people money, haven't harassed anyone or been in any accidents, etc, etc. I know these people are fraudsters, but these they are relentless!!

      Same is happening to me.  They don't stop.  They have my  landline and cell and my sisters cell.  What's really scary is how did they get all this personal information. I  called them yesterday and they said they were a mediation company and I said for  what company. They said payday. I said I don't have any payday loans she said OK and hung up. Today my phone is constantly ringing again. .What do they want??? I'm going to report it the the Attorney General.

    This is a scam for sure!! They said it was coming from a loan company called SGQ LTD. Get real. If we take out a loan, it will be from a legit place. These people can go straight legged to hell. They said I could be by my husbands side in court!!

    Got a phone message from this # 1 844 369 3851 today for my brother, who i have not seen in about 4 yrs. The person calling was from  a Marc Wallace also. Dont know how he got my mobile number, but i did not answer.

      I got the same message today September 14th 2017 about my brother, looked it up on Google. It's a high fraud alert, someone named Mike Wallace,it's a scam and I reported it to the Federal Trade Commission.

    A Corp office in Florida is seeing the same issue. That company should be looked into and block the number from calling anyone again.

    Received a voicemail from Mark Wallace.  Really scared me at first - saying they are looking for my husband!  I feel better after reading the info on here - THANK YOU!!  Thought it was odd that he said his name, but not what company he was from.....this is what made me think it was a scam.

      Received the same call they were looking for my brother, it was a high fraud alert, the person is Mike Wallace. I looked it up on Google and I emailed the Federal Trade Commission and left a message about this number.

        I received the same message as everyone else today, but it said it was from Michael Carter at 833-542-4895.  He said if I didn't call right back with information it would go to the authorities.  I don't know how he got our unlisted number.  My husband just passed away a few days ago and I don't need this stress.  The call wasn't for us, but it still stressed me out.  I was gled to see it is a scam when I googled it and I reported it to the FTC.

    Keep getting calls looking for Brian Frank my number I have had for over 10 years I am not this person the calls are harassing when you call back they hang up on you

    Called my parent's house and left a message of the same thing listed here looking for me. Luckily I have already encountered this and knew it was a scam. NEVER give money to people like this! Please research before every giving money to a supposed debt collector. Ask for a letter.

    This just happened to me they called my mom and scared her so she called me I looked the number up on here and saw all kinds of complaints about it then I called the number and said they needed to quit harassing my family.

    Then I called them back and as soon as the person picked up the extension I said "I would just like to inform you you are being recorded" and the person said "oh damn" and hung up on me.

    So I tried to call back 3 times and I got a recorded message that said "this extension is not available," then said "leave a voicemail" and then "the voicemail is full" and then "there's been an error" and the call ended.

    So I called my mother and told her to call and say the same thing about recording the phone call.

    She called the number and got the same recording I got and never was able to speak to somebody so I think our numbers are connected in the system and I'm hoping that will stop them calling me and her.

    So this is just a tip that maybe others having a problem with this number or other numbers like this can try and see if this works for them.

    Receive voicemail from a Mark Wallace looking for the whereabouts of someone which the name was through a robotic messenger then he asked for a call back at the number of 844-369-3851 that someone filed a formal complaint this is a big scam do not call the number back

    I received this phone call as well. I did not answer but research the number. My research brought me to this site. Thank you because I was worried. I told my friends and family and posted it on facebook as being a fraud.

    My husband got a message on his cell phone from Mark Wallace about a complaint and calling authorities.  I come to work and there is a message on my work answering machine.  Really, don't folks have better things to do than scam others.

    I myself just got a phone call from Mark Wallace at 844 369 3851 saying there was a formal complaint against my mother and if I know where this person is call them or authorities will be called. Funny thing is that my mother has been dead for five years so I don't see how that can be possible. I'm just going to wait for them to call me back or I'll try to get ahold of them within the next couple days and mess around with them and just call him out really.

    This number and person called my work phone looking for me with the same message everyone else is getting. I wasn't in when he called. Since it's a place of business can more be done than just blocking the number?

    I received calls for the last two days from (844) 369-3851  saying that it was from the office of Mark Wallace and that they are looking for a family member because of a formal complaint. They also told me that the next step would be to contact the authorities.  The voice in the recording sounded a little distorted and I was suspicious of it. I contacted my family member, who said that they had no idea what this would be about.  I called back and had the same experience as others, the voice mailbox was full. We googled the number and found this site.  It scared me at first but I am glad to know that it is just a scam. I will be reporting this.
