19 Refunds done w/my I.D. within 2 days (NOT ME)

So basically I contacted Walmarts 800 number. They had no answer, I contacted TRS they couldn't find me in the system.  Contacted something they called FMS for the past 2 weeks not one call back and an email to Walmart. Made a police report and nothing on Walmarts end. I got denied a credit because someone had returned 19 items within 2  days using my I.D., but not at my local store. They went to just about every Walmart in the California area. From Vaslia to San Jose to San Diego but all in one day. I'm pissed to say the least and all of this happened at the store and they basically called me a liar in front of my young son.
