I'm on hold for average 40 mins. anytime I call.  I've been calling since before Memorial Day.  I keep getting told shipment coming in-call tomorrow.  Truck is unloading call tonight or tomorrow to see what they've unloaded.  I'm just gonna use the wooden blocks I' ve had cut at home depot.  We've gotten 1 inch and 2 inch thick pieces of wood cut into approx 6" sections.  Our neighbor did the same thing and seems to have worked.  Keep your money and screw 'em.

I have been told the same thing and have had the exact same experience. what the F. Why would they not have some way to order these end caps online. I don't care anymore if it takes 6 months to get them. I really dont want to be on hold for 30 minutes everytime I call to get the same story each time that I call. This is BS. I will keep my money and as far as screwing them well they can go screw them selves because at this point they would have to pay me good money to screw 'em

Bought one of their summer escape pools back of the Memorial Day holiday and the pump leaked. Contacted them on May 29th and have been waiting on a replacement pump ever since.  Every time I call I'm on hold at least 30 minutes.  Initially I was told that the pump would ship in a couple of days. I called the following week and was told the warranty department was backlogged, but that the pump would ship in the next week or so.  Finally on  June 15th was told that the warranty department had approved the order and it was shipping.  I asked if I'd receive an email with the tracking number and was told that they don't do that, I'd have to call back to check the status of order and/or ask for the tracking number.  I called again on June 25th because I hadn't received anything and was told that the order was stuck in their system, but that a supervisor had approved it shipping that day.  I called again on July 2nd and was told that it would go out that day via FedEx.  I called again today to get the tracking number and surprisingly, was given a tracking number. The problem is the tracking number I was given shows that the pump is being sent to a completely different state than I live in.

Two lessons I've learned from this:

    1. Keep the box, If I had kept the box, I could have returned this piece of crap to the store the day I noticed the problem and saved myself a bunch of money and frustration.  It's cost me much more than what I paid for the pool as I'm dumping chemicals in this piece of crap pool every week to keep the pool from growing algae while I wait on my pump.

    2. I WILL NEVER BUY A POLYGROUP PRODUCT AGAIN!!!

Don't ever buy a pool from these lying pieces of sh* I have been waiting since July the 4 weekend for a new liner that started leaking 3 days after I bought this damn thing!!! Did all the warr bs and sent my liner in for inspection. Every time I call and check I get a different story WTF!!!! They say I will be getting a liner the next week and that I will get a tracking number then I get nothing so I call back and they say they have no liners!! OMG this place could burn down as far as I am concerned. I feel like I have had a gun stuck in my face and been robbed out of $400. This is ridiculous!!! Stay as far away from this company as possible or you will regret it trust me!!
