I received my VISA bill on 2-27-13. I had a charge of $45.34 on my bill from this company. I called the 1-800-728-1103 number and spoke with Edith. Gave her my name and number, she asked me if I knew anyone in Canada... I said no I live in a rural area in North Carolina and know no one in Canada! She then said Oh I think I know what has happened and said she would transfer me to someone who could correct this for me. I then heard a female voice ask for my name and number andthat I would be called back within 24 hours. This scam must be coming out of Canada?

    I'm from Canada and had the same thing happen to me but they asked me if I knew any one in the US and I said Hell ya!!! but what's that got to do with me here in Canada and why you're billing me now. How ironic, I called them because I was getting billed extra and as of today...9th July 2015...when I get home from work, I had an email saying (I cut and pasted this for you);

    "Account Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx

    Dear Jacquie:

    As we have previously alerted you, we have not received your payment of $43.94, for your most recent WEN® shipment, as detailed below. Please take a moment to pay now by calling 1-800-728-1103.

    Account #: xxxxxxxxxxxx
    Date of Purchase:    May 01, 2015
    Amount of charge:    $43.94

    Questions? Our Customer Care Team is available to you 24/7. Please don't hesitate to call us at any time at 1-800-728-1103.

    I checked my email with key words 'Wen', Wen account' and Wen alert'......to no avail...I received no such email. They never alerted me of such nonsense.

    Hope you get your matter resolved and I will mine.
