They post a big sign where you make reservations that "free cancellation within 24 hours" but there is a fine print of term and conditions that it is 4 hours free cancellation not 24 or $25 per person within 24 hours. This is it with cheapOair for me. That charge was the end of cheapOair for me.
"SCAM" I waited on the phones for more than 15 minutes then I just got hanged up instead of someone on the phone. I called back then again and again al I got was hanging up not someone to help me.
If you are reading this complaint, my advice for you is stay away from cheapOair. There are other websites that you can shop for flights with better service and no cancellation fee within 24 hours. If you can find better prices you can always cancel not like cheapOair.
