We signed up for the service agreement with Sears to repair our refrigerator. It is the worst service experience we have ever had. To be exact,  the repair service by Sears is horrible.

The first technician came to meet the appoint very late (later than the scheduled
hours). The guy, so called certified engineer,  did wrong diagnosis. He ordered
some wrong parts twice.

The 2nd technician did not even show up for the scheduled follow-up appointment
although we had waited there like fools for over 8 hours. He did not even bother
to give us a call. He rescheduled the repair service without even a notice to us at
all.

After so many  phone calls by us to Sears Service Center the 3rd technician came
in. Wow, he showed up at last though he came in 3 hours later than the scheduled hours!
He spent a very short period of time and said he would pick up another part and
come back. He vanished and never came back.

    We have always bought from Sears wheather it be a lawn mower or a washer and dryer to a stove. My father recently bought a washer and dryer and paid cash for them. Sears kept billing him for the appliances that he paid cash for. We had to go around and around with them. My washer decided to quite on me and I set up for a repairman to come to the house. NO SHOW!!!!! Surprise.... I called them then and was told that the order had not even been put down on the schedule, never mind I had the e-mail confirmation. Scheduled another appointment. The man proceeded to call my father (I was at work) at 4:30 p.m should have been here at 1 p.m and wanted to know what was wrong with the washer (Are you kidding me) and how we were going to pay for his services. I left my check book  and the guy wanted to know if we had dogs and who was going to meet him. WTH!!!! When he got to my home he never touched the washer and stated that it was the control board and that it was going to cost over 400.00 dollars. I have called and complained, I have e-mailed a complaint, and today I got a call wanting me to rate how the service was. Needless to say it was the lowest rating that I could give then at the end of the survey you can record your message. I did!!!! My washer is still broke and there will never be another sears anything in my home. OH did I mention that the washer is less than six yrs old and it is just me and I wash maybe once every 2 weeks. I am getting ready to go to Lowes or HomeDepot and buy a washer. Enough said

    I buy a insurance for the dryer, SEARS sent me several technicians, but none has fixed the dryer, the person who SEARS sent to my home to fixed the dryer machine tool parts from my washer machine, also stole tools from my husband who were in the garage.

    I Call SEARS and told me they had opened a claim., But I never called back.

    Now you are sending me an invoice # 007108-41107002 in the amount of 39.99 for a washing machine that just stole the parts. and pay them to the National Support Center PO Box 601509, Dallas, TX 75360-1509 and receipt of invoice is SEARS.

    I have a complaint against Sears repair service.  I specifically requested that the repairman come around 4 pm so that I could be present to open my door.  Repairman decided to come today at exactly 1 pm and he said there was no one home.  This will now be the 3rd time I reschedule with these people. Repairman was not sorry and did not offer me any other time today to check my treadmill

    May, 2013 we purchased a refrigerator from Sears Outlet, pleased with the model and the consumer ratings. When the scheduled deliver day came we took the contents out of our old refrigerator placing the contents on ice. Sears telephoned, arriving in ten minutes, truck appears, the gentlemen asks us to come out and check out the refrigerator-not wrapped up, no box dented and scratched! We explained to then the delivery would not take place. We went in to pick out a second refrigerator, delivered makes no ice!!! Brand new ice maker not working! Their service is awful, you can never get the day or time you need and they still have to order parts or stall for another week, and their appliances are not worth the money -- bad service, horrible appliances -- stay away from Sears!!

    tech tried to hit neighbor
    we purchased a Husqvarna zero turn mower. it was brought to the house with 4 flats. just the beginning. I should have bought it back then, that was just beginning. 3 years and $5000 in repairs later the tech didn't want to do the work and sat in his van and pouted while I called his supervisor. wouldn't speak to them. so he speeds down the driveway in reverse and literally tried to hit my neighbor. cops called complait filed and Sears calls to tell us they wont be coming back anymore. even though its under warranty, they owe us $200 and told us we wont be getting that either. SO why are we being punished?? because Sears can and does whatever they want
