Annoying Phone Calls with no answer on their part

We have been receiving phone calls from this GlobalReach Int for about two weeks now. When we answer they dont say anything. When we call back we are on hold for over 2 hours even though 2 minutes into each call an automated voice tells us we are next in line for customer service. They need to stop calling or I will press charges!
