Annoying Phone Calls with no answer on their part

We have been receiving phone calls from this GlobalReach Int for about two weeks now.  When we answer they dont say anything. When we call back we are on hold for over 2 hours even though 2 minutes into each call an automated voice tells us we are next in line for customer service.  They need to stop calling or I will press charges!

    Who and what is globalreach, int?  These people started calling my number today a little after 3pm when my physical therapist was here.  I did not answer because I almost never answer long distant calls.  Since then, they have steady dialed my number about every 5 minutes, over and over and over.  When I did answer to see what they wanted, they either held the phone or just hung up.  When I called their number, a recording came on stating, I dialed the number in error...please dial a 1 before the number and try again. I was dialing a 1 before the number.  I tried twice with the same results.  It it not 9pm Houston, Tx time and they are still calling.  I was talking to my friend girl, in those 25-30 minutes we talked, they rang my phone 10 times.  Even my friend commited about the way they were calling and being a total bother.  
    Is there any number I can call to see about having their rude calling stopped?  I really need to know as soon as possible.  If so contact me at my website lulusam4@sbcglobal.net.

    They called my house 12 times today.  they say they are calling for my husband.  They will not talk to me.  I told them to stop calling.  Will see if they do.
