I have a pending fraudulant charge of 55.63 on my credit card by

If you don't get your money back within a week, and you have received your credit or checking account statement showing their charge, dispute the charge as unauthorized thru your bank. Call your bank to notify them the charge is unauthorized, close that account, and send them a written dispute. Your bank must receive your written dispute within 60 days of the date of the statement showing the unauthorized charge to preserve your FCBA or Reg. E dispute rights.
They had a responsibility to uphold their side of whatever alleged agreement they claim exists, including cancellation terms. If they prevent you from cancelling by just refusing to receive your cancellation, then from the moment you attempted to cancel 2 weeks ago, any charges they made were unauthorized.
