I get calls from this number once a week. There is a female computerized voice speaking Spanish. When I try to call back I am given the message "DET02 Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please try again later."

    They appear to be some telemarketer violating the Do Not Call and TCPA laws, and illegally calling cell phones.  Calls started in August.  Caller id appears to be spoofed.

    Probably a scam targetting Spanish speakers.

    The message says you just won , by being caller number 10, press 1 to continue.
    I hung up and will block the number , this is a violation of the do not call list

    I got the same thing as the person "Bethany". I am on the do not call list for my cell phone and I don't appreciate them still calling!!!!!

    I got a call from the number mentioned aswell. Looked it up and found this site. They did not leave a message...which to me means I don't know them or call was not important enough to leave a message. I have Verizon.

    Just got the same call in CA at 2:42 8.13.10. Just got new cell #..because some SICK-O got a hold of my old cell number and would not stop calling.  Now this crap!!! STOP CALLING... I agree! Thanks for posting!!!!

    They called me as well. Just after 3pm 8/13/10

    It's my Google Voice number, which probably registers as a cell. Either way, don't know how they got it, but they shouldnt have it. And they shouldnt be calling! Left no message

    If you have a cell phone or a digital phone that allows you to assign ring tones to the names in your address book then you can do something about it. Maybe not the first call but repeating calls. I save the number in my address book as a DNA (do not answer) and then when it comes to ring tone for that call, I set it at "no ring"!  The phone may light when they call but won't ring.  About every two months I go in and delete all the DNA's except the most recent and wait for more.  LOL

    Got a call tonight from this spammer, as well. I'd like to strangle these people. My wife and I have barely seen each other all week and we were in the middle of dinner. Absolutely infuriating.

    Got a call from them on my iphone yesterday, left 2 second dead air message. When you try and call them back (at least with a blocked number), it rings twice then gives a wrong number, redial message. I think people can get special one-way numbers...  

    ANYWAYS, WHO HAS ACCESS TO OUR CELL #'s??? Anyone else buy from EBAY or use pay-pal or 3rd party ebay checkout recently? I recently as last week bought from, and have bought from many inexpensive CHINESE SELLERS in the past.

    They ALL have access to my CELL # which I use as my contact number after an angry seller kept calling my house # when I left bad feedback. The website found above seems like a front...
