continuous billing for items not received

I've been having a terrible time with the GRC VitaPower company.  I will give them credit for having such nice customer service representatives, but the people in the billing department must have no idea of the hassles to which they're subjecting those nice people in customer service.  I continue to get billed for items I have not received, even after canceling.  Just a moment ago I spoke with another customer service representative who recited a correct listing of my billings & cancellations & I sincerely hope she understood my distress - hopefully this will take care of it.

    They can afford to have nice "customer service representatives" since as long as they can string you along, they can keep taking your money.

    There are many consumer reports indicating that this is another "health product" scam, set up to lure in initial orders using "trial offers", and then keep billing until the consumer figures out how to stop them.

    Contact your bank immediately to dispute all unauthorized charges, and close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  As you have already found, regardless of whether they claim they have cancelled repeat ordering, you cannot depend on this.  Block their unauthorized charges by closing your account.

    I am also having issues with this company.  Today I sent them a demanding that they desist and resolve this issue immediately or I will be forced to take legal action.  I wonder how many people are being scammed by them and if there is any interest in a class action law suit.

    We are having the same issue.  My wife ordered the trial then canceled her order, however we have now been automatically billed twice in the last two weeks on my debit card.  I wish I knew who I can complain to about this scam.

    How can we stop this?  Is the only resolution to close out an account and open a new one?

    We too are having same crap. We did receive the vitamins for month of July/August September/October November/December January/February but are mailing January/February back. The lady told us they would only take back one order and credit our credit card. The very nice person told me that she took care of closing the account however that they will use the last four digits to refund my credit card for the return. She also says that it will take 3-4 weeks for it to show up on the credit card. Lets see what happens.
