Not received the item till now after paying Rs. 7598 one month ago

They are just like cheats & theives. They dont deliver what they promise. They think that customers are fools. I have  purchased their Philips DVD offer worth Rs. 7958 and done the payment on 27 June. At that time, they promised to deliver withing 3 weeks but now 30 days have passed and i have not received the product. From past 15 days they are saying that Invoice is generated and we are diapatching through courier but till noe, i haven't received. When i again contacted today, they are still repeating the same story and will take 15 more days to deliver. what is this??? They think that we are idiots as they had already taken the payment 1 month back and they are not at all worried about customer service. They are not giving any response through call center also.Pathetic service..I would not advice anyone to buy any product from them as they are cheats.
