Course Certificate Not Received

Iam escalating the below mentioned issue hoping that I will get a justice & a practical solution for my problem.

I have done MDBA with Symbiosis and my registration no is : Regn No : 97MDBAC972584.

I passed in all my papers and got all mark sheets. Iam presently working and got a kid of 3 yrs old. My company is asking for my course completion or degree certificate for their records. In this regard I approached Symbiosis institute via email and they refused to provide the same stating my assignments not cleared.

I am really shocked to receive such communication because :
1. I had already submitted twice my assignments
2. No communication towards my failing in assignments to me.

I had sent a request letter addressing The Director seeking course certificate with complete copies of my mark sheets. I had not received any reply. Then I spoke to one Mr.Bose Le in Symbiosis,Pune who promised me that he will send the course certificate at the earliest. Later he advised me to send one more assignment for speedy processing, which also I did. but later I could not hear anything from Mr.Bose Le and I don't know whether he is in system today.

i had sent a mail to grievance Cell, symbisois and no reply at all.

Please help me in this regard as if I don't submit course completion certificate, I will lose my job and me and my 3 years old daughter will be suffering a lot.


Iam ready to submit the assignments even one more time, but request you to provide me the course completion certificate immediately as otherwise I will have to lose my job.

Also suggest me how to proceed on degree certificate.

Hope you will look into this Symbiosis student's issue and provide me a solution immediately. Please reply.
