They are asking for payment for TOner we never ordered.  They call up and get names from you and then send product!! $650 for one toner!! Please.. I sent then a letter telling them this!!

Under federal law, merchandise shipped without being ordered is the property of the receiver, to dispose of as they see fit.

Mailing of invoices for products not ordered is prohibited under US law and postal regulations, hence file a complaint with the Postal Inspector for  mail fraud.

and to never contact me again!  i hope more people check on line before ever responding!! in this day and age.. people who scam are dirt! Karma...

DONT PAY NOR RESPOND.. And keep the product or chuck it!

    Be sure to file that complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.

    In addition, file complaints with the California Attorney General, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney.

    If they give you any flak, tell them they have 10 days to pick it up at their expense, after which you will consider it abandoned.

    Do not ship it back to them, not even if they claim they will reimburse you.  If they think it is so "valuable" they can pay FedEx to come get it.

    That is more than generous.

    I also have experienced this scam at one of my work facilities.  What the hell!! 615.00 for a toner that cost 64.99!!!  This company needs to be burned to the fkn ground.  I will be contacting local authorities to these ridicules scam attempts........

    I just went through the same ordeal at our office and they act very innocent when you call them.  I told them to pick it up with in 5 days and not charge us.  We shall see if they follow through?
