Unauthorized debit to my account

I recently heard an ad that offered a free trial sample that relieves joint pain called INSTAFLEX. All that you were required to pay was $4.99. My husband has horrible arthritis in his shoulders and I decided to order a trial sample and see if it helped. I placed my order and had to give my credit card for the cost of shipping...the $4.99. It was almost three weeks ago that I received the trial sample but my husband has not yet tried it. Yesterday I received another package in the mail from INSTAFLEX. I open it to find another bottle of the same thing. I did not order it. At first I thought maybe they made a mistake. Suddenly I had a feeling, I checked my bank account and sure enough...Instaflex took the liberty of taking $78.48 out of my account for this other bottle they just sent. Tomorrow morning I am calling the bank. I am also calling the Better Business Bureau and whomever else I can find to complain about this company. Not only that...It just so happens that they are located right here in Murray, Utah. I am only about 15 minutes away. I am not going to mail this bottle back, I am going to deliver it personally. How pathetic of a company must you have that you resort to such scandalous measures as that?! You have no idea how much money I have in my account or what I need that money for. How dare you charge me that $78.00 without my consent. What kind of moral and/or ethics do you practice? You don't believe in your product enough that you know after a customer tries the free sample that he will call and place an order on his own??? You obviously don't! The worst part for you is that not only have you lost what could have been potential business from me...had you just waited, if your product worked, I would have called and gladly placed and paid for the order myself. So you not only lost me, but you are ruining your reputation and any chance to make a respectable name or business. It's so wrong to steal...and that is what you have done. Sad...very very sad.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
Do NOT trust any cancellation or refund promises, as such scams will say anything to delay you past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods during which your bank can just yank back their stolen money. Dispute with your bank, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
Do NOT use checking accounts, debit cards, or check cards for any payments to anyone you do not know and trust. Limit their use to payments to trusted creditors such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc. Use only credit cards for retail or online payments, as the fraud protections are stronger and it is less disruptive to block credit card numbers when fraud occurs.
We have received the first bottle, of which I AUTHORIZED. I immediately canceled after the first shipment with the number I was given when I ordered the "free sample".However, We have also gotten 2 other bottles which I did not authorize. If what I have always heard is true, that items received in the mail or parcel service that you did not authorize-you are not responsible for payment or returning the object. There were no invoices in any of the packages, and the fact that I get presccribed medication through a mail order pharmacy, I didn't hesitate to open the packages, only to find the yet a total of three bottlles. With business practices such as these, do I dare put this product in my body?
