How does this place stay in business? My wife and I attended their presentation on April 2 2011. They didn't mention any thing about buying software. I wouldn't have known that if I had not read these complaints. Once I did I tried emailing, faxing and calling to cancel the membership but these guys will not answer or return the call. This is the type of predatory company that kills the economy. It make me not want to ever do business in Myrtle Beach again.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and have them close the account due to fraud, or you will see additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges under FRB Reg. E or FCBA if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

My husband and I signed on with these people when we were in Myrtle Beach last year. We were promised a free vacation in 2011 as part of our package. I have tried for the last 2 days to contact someone via email and phone with no luck. I googled them to see what was going on and found this website! I am SICKENED to say the least! We spent hard earned money on this with the hopes of being able to take our son on some awesome vacations. I am in such shock I don't know what to do! It's been 10 months...is there any hope of getting back at least part of our money? Is there anything we can do??B

I am so sorry y'all were taken for a ride. I too was taken, but from a different angle. I went to work for them only to be lied to and cheated. From what I have read they have been closed down and reopened under a new name. They have 39 complaints with the better business bureau and all of the positive feedback you see was submitted by their employees.  As of the first of the year they are changing again to Festiva.

Fraud in general and specifically of timeshare are the order of the day. Customers should be cautious and not be fooled by false promises about free vacations, investment returns, timeshare resales or anything that sounds too good to be true. These is a good article on how to cancel a timeshare properly:
