fraudulent goods sold on ebay

this woman has a fake profile on facebook and myspace i ordered goods from her ebay shop that were not as described and was charged hundreds of dollars postage but the actual postage was less than $20.she failed to send the goods until i stopped payment,then the goods were not as described but cheap fakes made in china.this woman continued to verbally abuse and threaten me with legal action then has slandered me all over the internet i have had to block her on several websites.these calls were made when i was seriously ill with renal failure,needing a possible transplant,but i cannot sue her as she has a psychiatric condition
