Hi,

This is regarding my mobile no 9845515474,

I converted this number to pre paid from post paid during last week of May  and then I have been using this as post paid and have charged more than 1500 rupees into this  phone no during June 1st week

The  SIM has been disabled since 7th July 2012  and I am not able to use the number . I called your service desk and I understand that the no is disabled due to non-usage of 60 days which is incorrect .

•    60 days back this was a post paid no
•    I have charged more that Rs 1500 after that
•    I have been using the number including intl roaming

Because of the above request you to pl re instate the no at the earliest .Pl note that  I need to have the same number .  Pl revert at the earliest . I am a airttel customer since 2003 and have been using the no. Pl help me get back my number as it is important to me.
