yeah my "free trail" with me paying shipping only has now cost me 245.00 Had talked to a sales rep who said that they would credit my bank card which they did not, a week later I call to hear that my bank was not "allowing" them to credit my account, talked to a supervisor who said that he would request a credit to their billing office and that I probably would be refunded by check. Hopefully they are honest and will do what they said they would. Will keep everyone posted.
