Used a number in my private call list.

I have a woman that I work with  whose number in my phone is marked a certain way. The robo Jessica used that number. I can't call my friend because it has taken over the number in my phone. Makes me worry of what else they have been in to. The government knows and complaints are at an all time high. Carriers are aware "ALL" carriers are aware. When do we get our class action suit against this. I work in schools , can't keep getting calls while I am on a roof or in a room like I have been. You can find things when you want then find them and stop the calls.
