Trying to get help with my grand-daughter a dress to fit her

I went into KMART (P.O. BOX 2506 CORBIN KY 40701 (606)528-0651) and this has only been about 530 tonight and I was going to get help cause I am almost 79 years old and I was needing help fitting my grand daughter a dress. I go into the store and went and asked if I could get help by the lady at the customer service desk. Her name was Brenda she had called for a girl from children clothing to come and assist me. Then she sends me back by the dressing room to wait. I waited back there about 15 min then all of a sudden I see the girl come out of the dressing room with another girl and a boy and she was fixing her hair. This girls name was Lisa. She was like can I help you. My grand daughter said , My ma maw is going to buy me some dresses for school and I need help to find me some so I can try them on. The lady stated what size that Lil Amy wore and then she had us to go with her to find her some dresses. We picked out a few and she tried on one of them and then by that time this tall brown haired boy comes over to where we were and asked her if she was ready to go take her break and drive to the car wash for a little loving. FIRST OFF I was shocked that they would speak like that around my 10 year old grand daughter. I said Excuse me what do you think that you can come around my grand daughter and talk like that period on your work site. He stated to me that it was none of my business and she was I'm the manager so If I didn't like it I could leave. I was extremely upset and I will NEVER go back. The(Lisa) girl just stood there a min and she stated that What her and the employees done at the store was not no way of any of my concerns and If I had a problem with it that I Could file a complaint with corporate and If I did so that I would never steep foot in that store again. So I got the dresses and went to check out and When I was getting into my car they were out side right by this car wash and Right behind where I parked and The boy came up to me and said sorry and the girl stated,""[***] her don't talk to her fat ass she cant even take care of her grand child what use is she"" the boy walked away and she just stood there and stared. This made me really upset and I will never go back to Kmart
