Mobile Balance have deducted from airce sim card by hangama service

Dear sir.
With regret i beg to informed you that my mobile number is 8751014223. And it balance have deducted amt rs 5 INR. I have complainted to aircel customer they told me this regard hangama downloading service. Bt they not told me its unsubcribe way.
So, sir, please stop this unvaluable service and exempt me from this service charge.
