non-remittance of sss contribution

We have records showing that this company did not remit sss contributions that we paid them as our contractor. What is the procedure that we should do? Can sss on its own initiative investigate based on this query?  If yes, How do I follow-up its status?

      You're in the Philippines.  I have no idea what agencies handle this there.
