Here's the exec VP's name & profile, which they took off their company website.

Maybe it will do some good to write a POLITE letter to him, maybe he can be named in your lawsuit. Read his profile, it also mentions who the president of the company is. The last thing you want to do (meaning do NOT do it) is harrass this guy. He's not calling you, his employees are. Maybe he doesn't know how you're being treated. Inform him politely. Send him your transcript. Maybe his employees just need training.
Whatever you do, don't give him a reason to remove his profile. That just screws us all. Be smart with this info, not stupid.

And, we have a letter dated Oct 18, 2011, where they as usual, deny "threatening or making threats of any kind". You cant tell us they dont know what their "reps" are doing!
There is even a huge thread were the employees and disgruntled former employees post comments.
It is discussed where one of the head jerks will stand over the "reps" and yell at them to be more nasty to whom ever they have called!!!

Notice how they have to ease and cover up complaints found on searches.
A lot like all the paper shredders they wore out trying to cover up illegal "affiliate" shell company Financial Services Solutions, LLC. They vaguely mention it's forthcoming existance in the "commercial"!
