I  refuse to pay for something  that I did not order.  There is no phone number to call to have it returned.iwill not pay for shipping. Please send me package for return

    It's an order cramming scam..
    It is illegal to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  It is a form of mail fraud.
    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
