Seems that all complaints have a common thread! I currently have three computers all with various versions of Trend Micro. I have installed T M 2012 on two of the three and uninstalled the previous successfuly, however unbenounced to me I have a charge of 80.95 on my acct. this morn. There was a week left on the uninstalled versions and I had never divulged my bank information to T M. It is a shame T M doesnt include phishing software to protect us (consumers) against them and this unethical practice. T M's charge will cause me to "bounce" my electronic mortgage payment! Shame on Trend Micro. When the experation is nearing its end on the two active subscriptions I believe my relationship is @ a terminal end with T M. My refund will be received in 5-7 business days and deserves this cleshay " day late dollar short". The customer service lady was very understanding of the situation and processed my refund. Two important items 1. Cust. Service 24/7 (952) 646-5980  2. Instist on a claim # and present this to your fianancial institution. Last item if you are presented with this issue " I suggest Trend Micro send an email to its customers requiring a renewal confirmation before touching what is mine". I would like present them with this common thread from its consumers. Hope this helps all!
