Damage to new vehicle

The installer scratched my new car and told the damage claims supervisor that he asked me to move it before the install. My new vehicle was parked in the driveway and was not moved during the install. I found install materials under my vehicle and three scratches that will Cost $1400.00 to have removed. I have not recieved any customer courtesy from the claims dept. and was told they believe the statement given by the installer. I hate to be called a liar, so Direct tv, I'll see you in COURT!
