Bad treatment by Nkule:

What an appauling customer service I received in New Germany KFC on Qashana Rd (Next to Pinetown) . To be brief, my fiance and my brother in-law were guttered by this lady who had a name tag: Nkule slim built and dark. We ordered our meal, when our meal came forth she never called us that its ready,yes they were other patrons and were all served and gone but us were still waiting for something that was ready long time ago!  When i ask her, she responded with a "so what?" attitude. "I couldnt waste my energy calling people standing far". Does it make sense to crowd around the counter after one has placed his/her order and impede other customers?. I do not agree!. Last but not least I would like the management of this outlet to deal with this matter asap before i take it up with the senior management, and would like to be kept abreast as to its result. I spent my hard earned money on my favorite food store only to find an unappreciative staff mamber for the support we give to their shop.
