In this fax I explained to John ID# 503094 the circumstances surrounding
thses transactions...Pima federal credit union has accepted responsibilty
for transations not correctly processed..I even fax'd you a copy of the the
letter from the bank admitting fault and asking you to waive the fees as
the money was in my account at the time you tried to wd this moncy. so far as I can see..nothing has been done to correct this situation...why? I just rec'ved a letter from walgreens demanding money or threatened me with
collections. please take care of this..it has been one month already with out it being resolved. your are quick to collect but no so quick to fix
problems for your customers...why..

If you are having problems getting a response out of them, this is one place where a BBB complaint might get this to a different person.

Also note that pressure on Walgreens is more likely to produce a positive result than pressure on TRS, since they have an interest in their reputation among customers.

In the future, use credit cards and not checks for payments to retailers.  It causes problems like this when screw-ups happen.

If retailers would rather pay the merchant fees for a credit card transaction anyway, why would you subject yourself to the aggrevation and potential credit damage of a messed up check transaction?
