The installer did a hurry up sloppy job, did not order all the necessary pieces and had to come back twice. It is really not a good job at all. Had another company do bathroom cabinets and what a difference in installation.

    Send Registered mail, no signature required,

    DB IS COMMITTING FRAUD
    you did not mention what state you live in,
    BUT, find your    Consumer Protection Act
          and/or     Unfair Trade Practice Act
    Promises of price advantage, & quality that does not exist,...
    & high pressure tactics,... & LIES, LIES, LIES,,...

    DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS,
    FIGHT BACK,   FIND your Gov't consumer protection branch,
    file a complaint,  & AFTER response/OR refusal to respond,
    file a complaint with your A.G.  ...

    I own a reputable remodeling company, sold building materials for 10 years prior and cant believe that people fall for the Direct Buy crap.  People wake up there is no big discount, in the cases that customers have come to me with their big savings, I have to tell them that I can get it cheaper with my contractor pricing.
