I thought IBSN would help me with my tax but I was WRONG. When I used their service I have received numerous calls everyday about my payment and when I settled all my payment with them they never respond to my inquires after and what even worst was that I ended up filing my tax return after due date and with penalties, GREAT! I called and asked them what happened and none of them can explain why, there consultants are fake. They just make money out of from me.

    I agree. They'll make you pay huge fees promising enormous refunds (which you later find out that you werent eligible for). Once they receive the fees, then there is absolutely no support.
