I also receive similar message in my email last week. Unless they give you a Department of Industry (DTI) Permit Number, that's the only time that you can confirm that they are not scam. I think they are only using your information for some purposes we do not know so please be very careful in giving your personal information. Please be aware that a lot of scams are spreading all over the world through email and text messages. Please be wise enough to determine the real ones and the fake ones.
